Each check leaves a record to follow.

From source information to packaging, markings and lot records, agree checks against order requirements. Separate discrepancies and discuss the next step before proceeding.

Verification process

Five stages. A defined scope for each.

Select a stage to see its scope. Images are AI scene illustrations; actual checks, available records and delivery conditions are agreed per order.

During quotation, review supply route and the source records or documents available. Flag information that cannot be obtained or independently verified; a brand logo is not evidence of provenance.

Third-party testing

Need deeper verification? Agree the scope first.

For electrical, X-ray, decapsulation or other specialist evaluation, third-party services can be discussed. Agree provider, method, sample size, cost, timing and report acceptance criteria before execution. This page does not claim an in-house laboratory or ownership of all test equipment.

Before ordering

Define the records you need.

  1. 01
Which label photos, lot records or accompanying documents are required?
  2. 02
Is checking sampled or full? What are the acceptance criteria?
  3. 03
Who approves discrepancy handling and shipment release?

Manufacturer certificates, conformity documents and test reports are not available from every source; confirm availability before order acceptance.

Start with a clear requirement.

Send full part numbers, quantities and your required delivery. You can also ask for brands or parts that are not listed.
