FAQ
Clarity before procurement.
Common questions about RFQs, BOMs, packaging and sourcing documents. Terms for a specific part are confirmed in the quotation and order.
RFQs and BOMs
01Can I still inquire about a part that is not in stock?
Yes. This site lists a sourcing range, not stock. Send the part number, quantity and target date code; we check availability with the channel and either quote or tell you clearly that it cannot be supplied.
02What BOM format do you accept?
CSV, XLS or XLSX. At minimum a part number and quantity column; brand, package and reference designators help. Files stay private and are used only for this inquiry and quotation.
03How fast do you reply?
Keep your inquiry reference after submission. Verification time depends on the part, channel and BOM size; reply arrangements are confirmed during follow-up. For multiple lines, confirmed items may be shared first and the remaining items identified separately.
04Why are prices not shown?
Price for the same part moves with date code, packaging, quantity and exchange rate. A static number would mislead, so we quote after confirming the requirement and state the date code and quantity the price applies to.
Packaging and samples
05What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no single MOQ. It depends on the part, packaging and channel: full reel, tray and cut tape follow different rules. The quotation states the actual MOQ and packing unit for that part.
06Can you provide samples?
Depends on the part and channel. Some parts can be sampled in small quantity, with cost and freight charged as incurred. State the sample quantity and purpose in the inquiry.
Sourcing and documents
07Are you an authorised distributor?
We do not claim any unconfirmed authorisation or distributorship. Brand names only indicate that sourcing requests are accepted. If you need authorised-chain documents, state it in the inquiry and we will answer with what can actually be provided.
Start with the requirements.
Send part numbers, quantities, target date codes and timing. Upload a BOM for multiple lines.
